Palatka is my home town and I go back rather frequently to visit family and to go fishing but now I stay in a hotel/motel. It is located downtown on the beautiful St. Johns river. restaurant was good but independent of the Motel. I will probably stay there again for the convenience. ...read more

Hotel had a great pool, and a friendly atmosphere.

The air conditioner unit burnt up while we were still sleeping.

The atmosphere is nice, great friendly people, needs a little more cleanliness, but otherwise a nice hotel.

They had WiFi nice scene of the river.

Neighborhood, parking, bugs, steps, rails, door seals, ETC.

We had a riverfront view but parking was the front and was unsure of the safety of my vehicle. Step rail was loose and our front door sweep and door was uneven which allowed bugs into our room very unpleasant. ...read more

Lobby and restaurant had scenic view with luxurious decor and pleasant staff at affordable rates.

Very clean except the bathroom tile grout had some mold and there was a large roach on lobby floor Sunday AM.

A wonderful surprise in an Olf Florida setting. The hotel's restaurant and lobby was exceptional in its tasteful decor. The young waitress at breakfast was exceptionally gracious and pleasant. Not being a morning person, I was quite taken by the quality of her service and the food's taste as well as the value.
